The project aims to create a user-friendly digital interface for storing and managing documents, facilitating easy sharing and retrieval including security, efficiency, and ease of access to documents.
My Role & Responsibilities
I gathered user insights through interviews, identified market gaps via competitor analysis, crafted detailed personas, framed design opportunities creatively, organized content using card sorting, and developed a clear, intuitive information structure to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Design Journey
The project followed a structured UX process starting with identifying user pain points through interviews and focus groups, defining and redefining the problem statement, exploring user needs, building wireframes, gathering feedback, and finalizing high-fidelity prototypes with user-centric features.
